Özbucak, founded in 1953 a textile leader from Adana, south of Turkey, brings modern fashion a new sensibility rich in the beauty of the past.  

A major manufacturer and exporter of fine fabrics for the apparel industry, Özbucak has expanded annual production capacity to 12,000,000 meters to keep pace with export sales which are growing by more than 15% per year. 90% of the annual production is piece-dyed whereas 10% is yarn-dyed. 22% of the annual production is polyester / viscose, 70% is polyester / viscose / elasthane and the remaining 8% is composed of other types.

Özbucak offers 2 collections per year; spring-summer and autumn-winter collections. These collections are developed from the polyester / viscose and polyester / viscose / elasthane type fabrics and a small amount of other compositions.

Özbucak fabric is produced using the latest computer controlled equipment to guarantee woven-in quality. At every stage of production, Özbucak's quality control teams carefully scruntinize products to ensure that they meet the highest standards.

Özbucak's high quality fabrics, like advanced blends with elasthane, viscose and polyester are the choice of demanding clients. In fact, the $40 million exports to countries like U.K., Germany, Holland, Denmark,  Sweden and U.S.A. account for more than 70% of Özbucak's total sales. That's because, in addition to offering clients wide selection and superior service, Özbucak also offers them quality that's ISO 9001 and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified.

In April 1997, Özbucak obtained ISO 9001 certification. This Quality Assurance System ensures that design, production, installation and servicing are all standardised at a very high level of quality.

Özbucak, in its fabrics, does not utilize any of the materials which are known to be hazardous to the environment or to human health. In March 1996, Özbucak was certified by Oeko-Tex Standard 100 which shows the importance Özbucak gives to ecological quality standards. Waste water is treated chemically and biologically in the modern refining plants that Özbucak possesses. As a producer every pain is taken in environmental and human health issues.
